- J.T. Falcone, Partnerships and Programs Associate
|John "J.T." Falcone joined JobsFirstNYC in February of 2016 as the Partnerships and Programs Associate. With both programmatic and external communication elements, his role is multi-faceted and evolving. A graduate of Wesleyan University where he studied Philosophy, he is a critical thinker who is careful to view his contributions through an intersectional lens. John previously served as a Program Analyst at America Works, where he acted as a grant writer as well as supported daily operations including service delivery, online branding, and communications under their NYC Human Resources Administration's B2W contract.

- Keri A. Faulhaber, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Programs
Keri Faulhaber currently serves as JobsFirstNYC's director of strategic partnerships and programs and has a key role in designing, implementing and managing new program models. She joined the JobsFirstNYC team as project and operations director in November 2013. Keri oversees key aspects of many JobsFirstNYC initiatives, notably the Young Adult Sectoral Employment Project (YASEP), and the important work of all JobsFirstNYC workforce partnerships, including the Bronx Opportunity Network, the Lower East Side Employment Network, and emerging place-based partnerships. Keri brings a wide range of talents and skills to this role, including innovation, collaboration, and project management. She previously served as operations director at Public/Private Ventures, where she had a direct hand in supporting several larger, complex workforce projects during her tenure.

- Evy Gonzalez, Administrative Coordinator
|Evy Gonzalez joined JobsFirstNYC in August 2014, after 23 years at VCG Governance Matters where she rose from executive assistant to VCG’s director of program reporting & funds development. Evy was closely involved in every aspect of VCG’s work, especially grantwriting and reporting, research, and internal structure. Prior to VCG, Evy held a position at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield as a liaison for participating plans in the Greater New York Area. She also held a position at McCann Erickson in their media department.

- Chantella Mitchell, Policy and Program Associate
|Chantella Mitchell joined JobsFirstNYC in September 2015. She most recently served as a philanthropy fellow and special projects consultant at the New York Community Trust, in the program areas of Jobs and Workforce Development, Children, Youth and Families, Education, and Human Justice. Chantella has professional experience serving young people and families in New York and Tennessee, where she worked in homeless services and youth development. Chantella earned her masters of social work at Columbia University where she studied social enterprise administration. She also served as executive editor for the Columbia Social Work Review.

- Louis Miceli, Executive Director
Lou Miceli has been the executive director of JobsFirstNYC since 2010. He brings nearly two decades of practitioner experience in the young adult workforce development system, and presently works both as an advocate for systemic reform and as a change agent to motivate and support a new era of leadership to improve this system. Prior to JobsFirstNYC, Lou served as the executive director of Workforce Professionals Training Institute, a New York City-based training and technical assistance provider that he founded in 2003 and grew into an organization serving over 1,000 practitioners annually.

- Marjorie D. Parker, Deputy Executive Director
Marjorie Parker took over the role of deputy executive director at JobsFirstNYC in May 2014. She has over 20 years professional experience providing oversight of adult and youth services initiatives, and as an organizational consultant. She most recently served as the deputy executive director of programs at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT) in Brooklyn with broad responsibilities for program operations, organization infrastructure management, and strategic planning. Marjorie also held positions at the Research Foundation CUNY, New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), and The Valley, Inc. She serves on the boards of Unique People Services, Inc. and Reconnect.
